My cooking is based on the authentic traditional vegetarian recipes of the East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, which were handed down through the generations. Lately I have had some success in replacing hard-to-get ingredients in traditional Indian recipes with equivalent ingredients locally available in the USA.
